Madam Ahmeena Banu Abdul Aziz is our partner with her LLB (Hons) degree from International Islamic University, Malaysia and DSLP from International Islamic University, Malaysia and was called to called to the Bar in 2001. She undertook her pupilage with Mr. Ghanshamdas Nathermal of Messrs Mad Diah Das & Co. She commenced practice at Messrs Arasu, Arasu, Pancha & Co from January 2001 until April 2003. Later She Joined Messrs Lim Ram & Associates from April 2004 until March 2006. Then she was employed as a Legal Assistant in Messrs Nazri Aziz & Wong from April 2006 until April 2008.

She is now in her 22^th year of professional practice and has gained an excellent skill for conveyancing and legal documentary in accordance with high standard of Malaysian conveyancing practices especially in handling inter alia security documentation, land transactions, land project development and other commercial matters. Her expertise also broadened in preparing documents and agreements inter alia Sale and Purchase Agreement, Deed of Assignment, Tenancy Agreement, Transfer of Property, Discharge of Charge, Will, Perfection of Charge and Transfer, Power of Attorney, Trust Deed and License Agreement. Her expertise also extended in preparing Letter of Administration for Small Estate Distribution from Land Office, Transmission to Executor, Registration of Trustee.

She also has expertise in handling Islamic Loan and Conventional Loan Documents for CIMB Bank Berhad, Citibank Berhad, Public Bank Berhad, Government of Malaysia, Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Berhad, Eon Bank Berhad, Malayan Banking Berhad, Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ (M) Berhad, Ambank Berhad and OCBC Bank Berhad.

Her experience also broadened in handling litigation matters especially in Divorce Proceedings, Writ of Seizure and Sales, Writ of Distress, Bankruptcy, Probate (contested and uncontested) , Letter of Administration (contested and uncontested), Property  Litigated matter, Banking litigation as well as general litigation. She also one of the Company Secretary registered under the Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia.
